Return, Refund & Pre-Order Policy

At DOGWA, we are committed to delivering high-quality products for dogs. Due to the consumable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Exchanges

DOGWA products are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not accept returns of any opened, unopened, used, or unused products.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@dogwa.co and provide:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged product(s)

Clear photos of the shipping packaging

Clear photos of the shipping label

DOGWA reserves the right to request additional information to evaluate any claim.

Upon review and approval of a damage claim, DOGWA may, at its sole discretion:

Provide a replacement product; or

Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Claims submitted after seven (7) days of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds, returns, exchanges, replacements, credits, or cancellations will not be provided for:

Change of mind

Incorrect purchases

Orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer

Shipping carrier delays

Refusal of delivery

Opened or consumed products

Individual pet taste or palatability preferences

Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

Delays related to manufacturing, inventory availability, logistics, weather events, carrier disruptions, ingredient sourcing, regulatory requirements, or other factors outside of DOGWA’s reasonable control

Limited Inventory & Pre-Orders

DOGWA may offer products for sale that are currently in production, scheduled for future production, or available on a pre-order basis.

By placing an order with DOGWA, you acknowledge and agree that:

Product availability may be limited.

Certain products may be sold on a pre-order basis.

Inventory may sell out without notice.

Estimated shipping and fulfillment dates are estimates only.

Fulfillment timelines are subject to change.

Manufacturing schedules, ingredient sourcing, production capacity, logistics, regulatory requirements, weather events, carrier performance, and customer demand may affect fulfillment timing.

DOGWA does not guarantee shipment, fulfillment, or delivery by any specific date unless expressly stated in writing.

Order Fulfillment

DOGWA will make commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all valid orders as inventory becomes available.

If a product is unavailable or fulfillment becomes impractical, DOGWA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Delay fulfillment;

Allocate inventory among customers;

Modify fulfillment schedules; or

Cancel an order and provide a refund.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact DOGWA at hello@dogwa.co regarding any order concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
