Order processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Availability

DOGWA currently ships within the United States.

Shipping availability may change without notice.

DOGWA reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel shipments to certain locations at its sole discretion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Any shipping, fulfillment, processing, or delivery dates displayed on our website, checkout pages, emails, advertisements, or other communications are estimates only.

DOGWA does not guarantee shipment, fulfillment, or delivery by any specific date.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Manufacturing schedules
  • Inventory availability
  • Production delays
  • Ingredient sourcing
  • Carrier performance
  • Weather events
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Operational constraints
  • Customer demand
  • Other factors beyond DOGWA’s reasonable control

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping and delivery timelines are estimates only.

Limited Inventory & Pre-Orders

Certain DOGWA products may be offered on a pre-order basis or during periods of limited inventory.

When demand exceeds available inventory, orders may be fulfilled from future production runs.

Estimated fulfillment dates for pre-order products are estimates only and may change without notice.

DOGWA reserves the right to:

  • Delay fulfillment
  • Modify fulfillment schedules
  • Allocate inventory among customers
  • Ship products in multiple shipments
  • Cancel orders and issue refunds when fulfillment becomes impractical or impossible

DOGWA makes commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all valid orders but does not guarantee fulfillment by any specific date.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.

Tracking updates are generated by third-party shipping carriers and may not immediately reflect current package status.

DOGWA is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in carrier tracking systems.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

DOGWA is not responsible for delays, losses, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

DOGWA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or otherwise affected by carrier-related issues after shipment.

Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding delivery issues.

DOGWA may assist customers with carrier investigations at its sole discretion.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@dogwa.co within seven (7) days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product(s)
  • Photos of the shipping packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

Approved claims may result in a replacement product or refund at DOGWA’s sole discretion.
